Manifattura Geminiano Cozzi Venezia 1765 has been technical partner of the XXIV National Congress of the JRE, hold at the "Erminio Maggia" higher education institute in Stresa, one of the oldest and most important cooking school in Italy. Starting this year the academy will be using products of Geminiano Cozzi for his restaurant and for teaching refined cuisine and table presentation.

JRE is an international association of young chefs who wish to share their talent and passion for food with people with similar interests. More than 350 restaurants and 160 hotels, distributed in 16 countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, France, Irlanda, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom
